This position is required for the early planning stages of the works though to practical completion. The tasks that are included as a part of the tendering service includes:
Request for Quotation and issuing of subcontracts;
Coordination of subcontractors, materials and labour;
Generation and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Cost Tracking;
Prepare, Implement and maintain Quality documentation;
Prepare, Implement and maintain Safety documentation;
Prepare for review any Variations for review;
Prepare for review any Claims for review;
Monitor site progress against construction program;
