Required to prepare tender submission on behalf of the client, this in an ongoing requirement to ensure a continuity of works. The tasks that are included as a part of the tendering service includes:
Review and manage the tender submission process into a costed workable solution;
Submit detailed enquiries for tender clarifications to any contractual ambiguities;
To develop, negotiate and agree/confirm contract specifications with a variety of external groups, including contractors;
Develop costing as part of the quotation process;
To act as the Client’s internal contact point for the tender during the enquiry and bidding processes;
To respond to tender questions & requests in a timely and efficient manner;
To work with the Client to ascertain the enquiry information necessary to produce tender submissions including product selection, quotation documents and costing through standardised costing templates and technical specifications.
